How to Create a Chat

  1. Go to the Home Page.
  2. Enter your name and a group name.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Share the chat link or QR code with friends.
  5. Share the invite link or QR code privately, then start chatting right away.

How to Join a Chat

  1. Get a chat link or Chat Code from your friend.
  2. Enter your name and the Chat Code in the Join tab.
  3. Click Join.
  4. You’ll see participants and messages live.

How to Use Chat

  1. Send messages to your peers.
  2. Click a message and choose Delete in the message menu to remove it.
  3. Click Refresh to clear old entries.
  4. Send files (up to 50 MB). They’ll remain available to your peers as long as you stay in the chat.
  5. Mention participants using @name or by double-clicking a participant’s name.
  6. Use emojis and GIFs to make your conversations more fun!
  7. Unused chats will be automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity.

How to Use Video Calls

  1. Video calls are available in one-on-one chats.
  2. Click the video camera button in the chat toolbar.
  3. Allow camera and microphone access when your browser asks.
  4. Click Start video to call, or Join video when someone starts a call.
  5. Use Mute mic, Camera off, Swap view, or Reconnect video during the call.
  6. Close the video panel to leave the call.

How to Report or Block

  1. Click a message to open message actions.
  2. Choose Report Message to report the content, or Block User to block the person who sent it.
  3. Select the reason that best describes the problem.
  4. Click Submit to report content, or confirm Block User so messages from that user are hidden from your chat.

How to Delete a Chat

  1. Every chat participant can delete it.
  2. Inside the chat, click Delete Chat.
  3. This removes the chat and files permanently.
  4. ⚠️ Once deleted, it cannot be restored.
